Wandler offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs and any applicable duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original branded packaging and dust bags, ensuring the box is securely sealed for transit.
Affix the Label
Print the generated return shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, removing or covering any previous tracking stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your parcel at an authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt until your refund has been processed.
